Community Guidelines
Applies to comments, forms, creator applications, and any community-facing space on the Site.
Effective date: August 19, 2026
1. Purpose
Whatsactuallygoingon exists to help you understand yourself better — genuinely, not as a pretext for exploitation in either direction. These guidelines protect Users, the Company, and creator partners alike.
2. Expected behaviour
Be honest in quiz answers and form submissions. Treat creator partners, experts, and Company staff with respect. Use the “suggest a quiz” and contact forms in good faith.
3. Prohibited behaviour
Submitting false, abusive, spam, or bad-faith entries; attempting to manipulate scoring or diagnosis outcomes for purposes other than genuine self-reflection; impersonating the Company, a partner, or an expert; harassing any User, creator, or staff member; or attempting to extract, copy, or repurpose Company IP through any community channel.
4. Creator & expert partners
Partners agree to represent Diagnoses and recommended solutions honestly, and not to make unverified claims about outcomes, earnings, or effectiveness on the Company's behalf. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate termination of the partnership without payment of any outstanding referral fees accrued through the misrepresentation.
5. Enforcement
The Company may remove submissions, decline applications, or terminate any partnership at its sole discretion for violation of these Guidelines, without liability to the violating party.
